Exercise is a vital component of Parkinson’s disease treatment. APDA programs include exercise programs as a way for people with PD to gain control over your disease.
The American Parkinson Disease Association programs are funded solely by individual donations and grants. All classes are offered free of charge for people with Parkinson’s. Our classes are made possible by our generous donors, and we encourage you to support our exercise programming as you are able.
