Session Three
The Movement Advantage: Living Well with Parkinson’s through Exercise and Physical Activity
Gammon M. Earhart, PT, PhD – Associate Dean for Physical Therapy at Washington University School of Medicine
Learn about the benefits of exercise and overall physical activity, as well as the types, amounts and intensities you should target and the common pitfalls you should avoid. Then, apply what you have learned to enhance your own health and wellness.
Caregiver Breakout: This opportunity is exclusively for caregivers; you can choose to attend either session two or session three, as they will cover the same material.
Strategies for Successfully Managing Caregiver Stress– Jennifer Frieswick, MSW, LCSW
This presentation will provide hope, inspiration, and practical strategies to help the caregiver successfully manage stress as they care for a loved one who is living with Parkinson’s.
