AMERICAN PARKINSON DISEASE ASSOCIATION APPOINTS ROBIN KORNHABER TO EXPAND PROGRAMS AND SERVICES ACROSS THE NATION
| New York, NY, January 12, 2015 – The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Kornhaber as Vice President of Programs and Services.
Robin joins APDA with an extensive background in the healthcare field focused on the creation and delivery of outstanding program services for patients, families, healthcare providers and the public at large. Prior to joining APDA, Robin served as the Senior Vice President of Development at the |
American Legacy Foundation for 6 years where she initiated and launched a comprehensive fundraising plan. For 13 years she served as the Senior Vice President for Patient Services in the national office of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. There she implemented and oversaw the development of a nation-wide services program for patients and families and created a donor development strategy for early patient/family connections resulting in significant growth in donor giving.
Robin has provided consultant services on development and strategic planning to the Fund for Public Health in NY and the Global Institute of Public Health at NYU.
